This writ petition has been filed praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.4, i.e., Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Allenganj, U.P., Allahabad, to provide the copy of answer-sheet to the petitioner for evaluation of marks awarded to him in the Assistant Teachers Recruitment Examination, 2019, conducted by the respondent No.4 for filling 69000 vacancies as per government order dated 01.12.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the aforesaid examination conducted in the year 2019, petitioner should have been given 102 marks in place of 100 because the respondents have allotted three numbers to each candidates for three wrong questions.
Counter affidavit has been filed by the learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the respondents, wherein it has been stated that in the Examination Result dated 12.5.2020, the petitioner secured 100 marks and was declared pass. For the three questions, which were found to be out of syllabus, all the candidates were provided similar marks.
After considering the rival contentions, this Court finds that the petitioner has not demonstrated what prejudice has been caused to him and why he has approached this
Court, after two years of declaration of result of Assistant Teacher Examination, 2019. This writ petition lacks of merits and is barred by unexplained latches.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
