Heard Sri Vimal Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Atul Tej Kulshrestha, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and 3 University.
The present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been filed for direction to the respondent- University to issue B.Ed. Degree for the year 2013 and verify the educational documents of the petitioner from the University records and send the verification report to the District Basic Education Officer, Hathras.
Learned counsel for the University on the basis of instructions submits that the B.Ed. degree for the year 2013 of the petitioner has been sent to him through speed post and verification report of original documents also sent through speed post to the District Basic Education Officer, Hathras.
Learned counsel for the petitioner admitted the said position and submits that the relief as claimed in the writ petition has already been fulfilled.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
