An objection has been raised by Sri Rajnish Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the petitioner is employee of Indian Railway and he has wrongly approached this Court praying for grant of monthly pension.
This Court finds that the petitioner has alternative remedy of approaching the Central Administrative Tribunal with regard to his prayer.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
