In compliance of the impugned transfer order dated 29.04.2021, the petitioner has joined at District- Azamgarh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has duly complied the order of the employer and therefore, he may be permitted to represent his case before the authority concerned and the authority may be directed to take decision on the same as per the order of this Court in the case of WRIT- A No. 6150 of 2021 dated 20.05.2021.
The petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make representation before the respondent no. 3 who will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
