The petitioner's grievance is that even though he was appointed on 17.02.2004 as a Junior Stenographer he was not being given promotion, despite the fact that persons junior to him who were appointed in the year 2005 and 2006 had been given the promotion.
In this regard petitioner has filed a representation on 28.06.2021 for ventilating his grievance before the Director, Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case it is, therefore, directed that the representation filed by the petitioner on 28.06.2021 be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, unless there is any legal impediment.
With these observations, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
