Sri Dhruva Kant Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the respondents states that this writ petition before the High Court is not maintainable and the petitioner can always approach the Central Administrative Tribunal for the redressal of his grievances.
Sri Sayyed Irfan Ali, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Devendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner after looking into the relevant provisions of law has not disputed the fact that the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court.
Under such circumstances, the writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner may avail such remedy as might be available under law.
