Heard Shri V.K. Shukla, learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 to 4 and perused the record.
The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for direction to the respondent no.2 to pay the salary to the petitioner from August, 2015 to February, 2017 and also for direction to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate order pursuant to the letter sent by the District Inspector of Schools, Jalaun at Orai on 28.05.2019.
The order of the District Inspector of Schools indicates that the petitioner is working on the strength of the interim order passed in Writ-A No.11407 of 2016, which is pending.
The appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to file an application for the payment of salaries in the Writ-A No.11407 of 2016 and pursue the same.
This writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
