Heard Mr. Sanjay Maurya, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Hemendra KUmar Mishra, learned counsel for respondent-National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has made following relief:
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari and quash the order/letter No. 1365 dated 23.12.2021 (Annexure-5) passed by the respondent no. 3/Chief Medical Superintendent Women's Hospital, Jhansi and the order/letter no. 5937 dated 22.12.2021 (Annexure-5) issued by the respondent no.2/Mission Director, National Health mission, Uttar Pradesh by which it has been directed that the joining may be consider as per remark column (Table A).
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to allow the petitioner for completion of the rest training for the post of Community Health Officer.
