Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kumar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no. 1, 2 & 3.
Learned Standing Counsel has raised objection by submitting that petitioner, who has approached this court by this writ petition, has not filed his own affidavit in support of the present writ petition. He further submits that the prayer made by the petitioner is also defective.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with the affidavit of the petitioner and with the appropriate prayer.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
