ORDER
It is not in dispute that to take appropriate action for removing the alleged encroachment, proceedings have already been initiated by the competent authority under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Considering the aforesaid fact, we do not find it appropriate to entertain this writ petition filed in public interest for the same relief.
The same is, accordingly, dismissed.
