ORDER
Challenge in the present writ petition is to the orders passed by the District Magistrate, District Jalaun at Orai and Commissioner, Jhansi Mandal, Jhansi dated August 29, 2020 and December 16, 2021, respectively.
In the case in hand, the petitioners were found carrying miner minerals unauthorisedly, as a result of which penalty, damages of environmental compensation, royalty and price of minor minerals were imposed upon each of them.
After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
