Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has preferred the present Public Interest Litigation (P.I.L.) with the prayer to issue a mandamus directing the respondents to decide the restoration application dated 28.02.2014.
Today when the matter is taken up, instructions dated 28.02.2022 received from the office of respondent placed before the Court, the same is taken on record. It is stated in the instructions that the aforesaid restoration application has already been decided by the Court of Tehsildar Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh vide its order dated 18.01.2022.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court is of the opinion that grievance as has been raised in the present P.I.L. is granted by the authorities, therefore, no further order is required and the present P.I.L. becomes infractuous.
Accordingly, the present P.I.L. is dismissed as having become infractuous.
