The prayer in this writ petition is to command the Staterespondents to take action against the respondents no. 5 and 6 for carrying out illegal business in scrap without a licence. Despite our repeated query as to under what provisions the respondents 5 and 6 need to have a licence to deal in scrap, the learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to disclose the said provisions.
In such circumstances, the petition is misconceived and is dismissed .
