Learned A.G.A. has produced instructions in Court today, the same is taken on record.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. appearing for State respondent nos. 1 to 4.

In compliance of the order dated 20.04.2022 passed by this Court, corpus (Anjula Rajbhar) minor, on whose behalf the present habeas corpus writ petition has been filed by the deponent petitioner no. 2 Smt. Sitara Rajbhar (mother), is present before this court.

On specific query as to whether she has been illegally detained by respondent no. 5 or not, she replied that she has not been detained by respondent no. 5 but at the same time she also submits that the respondent no. 5 is her husband with whom she has contacted marriage on 23.10.2018 and her date of birth is 09.03.2002, now being major, out of her own volition and that she wants to live with her husband.

It is apparent that the corpus at the time of marriage was minor as her date of birth is 09.03.2002 but as of today she is major aged about 20 years and is free to reside anywhere on her own free will. This Court has nothing more to do except to set her at liberty to go wherever she wants to go. Nothing further survives for consideration in this habeas corpus writ petition.

In view of above, the present habeas corpus writ petition is disposed off.
