At the outset, Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist does not want to press this revision on merits, and as such, the revisionist may be permitted to move bail application before the court below.
In view of the statement made above, the present revision is disposed of directing the revisionist to file bail application before the court below and in case the bail application is filed, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
