We have heard learned AGA for the State and perused the records.
It appears that the corpus by now is above 18 years of age and, as such, there is no requirement of her being lodged in the protection home. The authorities shall ensure that the corpus is released after recording her statement in the event she has already completed the 18 years of age. A copy of this order shall be sent to the authority concerned within 48 hours.
The writ petition stands disposed off, accordingly.
