Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit sworn by Smt. Kajal Raja Ram Jha dated 12.04.2022 intimating the Court that the corpus has returned back to the company of her husband-Ashwani Gupta and both of them are residing peacefully.
Under the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition.
Accordingly, the present habeas corpus petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
