This petition is being filed assailing the legality and validity of the order dated 08.12.2021 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No.13, Agra in Criminal Revision No.213 of 2021 and order dated 22.07.2021 passed by respondent no.3Additional City Magistrate, 4th, Tehsil and District-Agra in case no.RST/4286/2017 under section 133 Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the orders passed by the court below, nuisance has been removed and as such, this petition has rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
