On earlier occasion i.e. 5.4.2022, the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.30,000/- as a demand draft in favour of Registrar General of this Court by 19.4.2022.
Office report dated 19.4.2022 indicates that the said amount has not been deposited by the petitioner.
Court is constrained to observe that the petitioner is not serious in the matter. Under the circumstances, the present habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
