Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This is the complaint case lodged by Natthu Lal as complaint Case No. 109 of 2013 and on 20.2.2000 after adopting the procedure of Chapter XV of the Cr.P.C., Munni Devi, Prem Shanker and Pappu Maurya, they were summoned under Section 378 of the IPC and when they have challenged the same, learned Revisional Court too has affirmed the order of summoning and rejecting the summoning order dated 20.2.2020.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised number of issues which could be well appreciated after having counter version from opposite party.
Under the circumstances, fifteen days time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned court and get after bailed out, they move a discharge application.
With these observations, the petition stands disposed of.
