The present criminal writ petition is being preferred against the judgement and order dated 07.02.2022 passed by respondent no.2 rejecting the appeal of the petitioner and judgment and order dated 06.03.2019 passed by respondent no.3.
Contention raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner that externment order has already been faced by the petitioner and this criminal writ is only for the academic interest of the petitioner.
I am not inclined to exercise my power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the present criminal misc. writ petition stands rejected.
