Hon'ble Subhash Vidyarthi,J.
Shri Mahesh Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the instant writ petition has been filed for production of respondent No. 2 (Smt. Rama Kumari) before this Court. However, after filing of the writ petition, the petitioner No. 2 has joined the company of petitioner No. 1 and both the petitioners are residing together, therefore, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for a suitable direction to the police authorities to provide protection to the petitioners.
Since, no pleading has been made in the writ petition to that effect and no such relief has been sought, the said relief cannot be granted in the instant writ petition.
The petitioners will be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition seeking appropriate reliefs.
The instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
