In view of the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Amendment) Act, 2015 (U.P Act no.14 of 2015), the records of the case be remitted to the District Judge, Meerut for decision of the appeal at the earliest.
It has been stated by Shri Shakti Swaroop Nigam, counsel for the appellant that paper book was filed by him in the office of the court today.
The paper books filed by the parties in the case shall also be remitted to the District Judge, Meerut along with other records.
