This is a defendants' petition praying for a direction to expedite the disposal of Civil Suit No.425 of 2014.
A perusal of the order sheet annexed with the petition does not reveal that there is any laxity on the part of the trial court in the disposal of the case. The order sheet indicates that the counsel for the parties have frequently absented from the proceedings because of strike.
In view of the aforesaid, no direction as prayed can be issued.
The petition is dismissed.
