Heard Sri Ganesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the revisionist, Sri Anoop Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Rajesh Kumar Chaudhary, learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2,3 and 4 and the learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the dispute between the parties was of civil nature. Parties have settled their dispute and related Civil Suit No. 715 of 2014, Smt. Piyari Devi and others vs. Baburam and others, has been compromised between the parties in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Basti and the case has been decided on the basis of the compromise order.
Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist does not want to pursue the present criminal revision and, therefore, it may be dismissed as withdrawn. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party nos. 2,3 and 4 submits that he has no objection, in case the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is allowed.
The present criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly.
