Learned counsel for the appellant has stated at the Bar that he has no contact with the appellant after filing the appeal. Process has been issued against the appellant at his supposed addresses in districts Budaun, Etawah and Sambhal but reports have been received indicating that he does not reside at any of the places.
Under these circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court i.e. 4th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Etawah for execution of sentence against the appellant-accused Pramendra Singh.
