This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 26.2.2014 passed by learned Upper Session Judge Court No. 8, Mathura in Criminal Appeal No. 91 of 2010, under Section 452, 323 and 506(2) IPC whereby appeal filed by them was dismissed as well as the order dated 21.5.2010 passed by learned Upper Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No. 3, Mathura in Criminal Case No. 1991/2009 under Sections 452, 323 and 506(2) IPC whereby they were convicted and sentenced.
Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Certify this judgment to the lower court immediately.
