ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner/petitioners submitted that in view of subsequent development, which has taken place after filing of present writ petition, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to avail of appropriate remedy for quashing of the charge sheet.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
The petitioner/petitioners shall be permitted to raise all the grounds, which have been raised in the present petition for claiming the relief, in the subsequent proceedings, if any.
