Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
This writ petition has been filed praying to quash the First Information Report dated 02.04.2022, registered as Case Crime No. 82 of 2022, under Sections-323, 504 & 506 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali, District-Prayagraj.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the charge-sheet has been submitted and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
