This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 25.2.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 87 of 2022, under Sections-147, 302, 120-B, 34 I. P. C., P. S.-Sindhaura, districtVaranasi. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Sri Suraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the petition may be permitted to be withdrawn.
His prayer is allowed.
