This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report in Case Crime No. 187 of 2021, under Sections 147, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) (Da) and 3(1)(Dha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station - Navabad, District - Jhansi.
At the time when the matter is taken up, learned AGA points out that a closure report has already been filed in the matter on 8.9.2021 and the investigation is concluded.
Since the investigation has concluded in favour of the petitioner, therefore, no further grievance survives in the writ petition. Noticing the stand of the State in that regard, this writ petition stands disposed off, accordingly.
