Against the notice issued under Section 3/4 of the Uttar Pradesh Control of Goondas Act, 1970 dated 07.02.2022 the petitioner claims to have submitted a reply but no such reply is annexed.
In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to submit a reply to the notice within two weeks unless such a reply has already been filed. The second respondent shall examine the reply and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously unless a final order has already been passed.
With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed off.
