This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers :-
"A. Issue a writ , order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R.dated 11.6.2019 having F.I.R. No.451/2019 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 506, 452 I.P.C. and 3(1) (D), 3(1) (Dha) of SC & ST Act, at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda, contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition.
B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing opposite party no.2 & 3 not to arrest the petitioners on the basis of such an illegal impugned F.I.R. dated dated 11.6.2019 having F.I.R. No.451/2019 under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 506, 452 I.P.C. and 3(1) (Da), 3(1) (Dha) of SC & ST Act, at Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda."
It appears that by efÒux of time, the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it is open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application within two months from today, if the matter survives.
It is made clear that if any consequential proceedings are initiated in pursuance of the impugned FIR, the parties are at liberty to take recourse to law.
