Heard Mr. Arshad Ahsan Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Azhar Ikram, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.
The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner Muhammad Saghir Khan with a prayer to quash the First Information Report in Case Crime No.887 of 2019, under Sections 124-A, 153, 153-A, 153-B, 505 (1)(b) 505(1)(c) of I.P.C,. Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Raebareli with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance to the aforesaid FIR.
Learned A.G.A. for the State states that investigation has been concluded and chargesheet submitted against the petitioner on 03.08.2021. Hence, the present petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
