It transpires from the record that the appellant has also preferred an appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 319 of 2022 against the judgment and order passed by the trial Court and his bail application has already been allowed by this Court on 10.08.2022.
In view of the above this appeal is dismissed as infructuous .
