This petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing F.I.R. dated 19.9.2021 registered as F.I.R. No.360/2021, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Dargah Sharif, District Bahraich.
Heard Shri Ajey Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Azhar Ikram, learned AGA for the State.
Learned AGA on the basis of the instructions, submitted that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and the final report dated 29.11.2022 submitted in the court.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
