This petition has been filed challenging the notice under section 3 of the U.P. Control of Goondas Act, 1970.
It is contended that successive notices are being issued to the petitioner.
Petition is opposed by the learned A.G.A.
Perusal of the notice would go to show that it has been issued by the competent authority and reference is made to six cases pending against the petitioner. Prior to it a notice was issued on the basis of one case. At this stage, no occasion arises for this Court to interfere in the notice as it has been issued by the competent authority.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to raise all possible objections in reply to the notice which shall be dealt with as per law, this petition is consigned to records.
