Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri H.M.V. Sinha, learned AGA-I and Shri Avneesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the informant.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 7.10.2022 being Case Crime No.524 of 2022 under Section 504, 506 IPC, Section 3 (2) (va), 3 (1) (dha) SC/ST Act, P.S. Manjhanpur, Distt. Kaushambi and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA-I has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has already been forwarded to the competent court and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
