On the matter being taken up today, Shri Hari Om Singh, Advocate holding brief of Shri Varad Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier a NCR no.435/2020 under Section 323, 352 IPC has been registered and thereafter an FIR bearing Case Crime no.467/2020 under Section 323, 186, 352, 353 IPC has also been registered for the same offence.
Learned A.G.A. placed the Case Diary Details submits that investigation of the case was completed in Case Crime no.467/2020 and the chargesheet has been submitted in the matter and the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives. The said Case Diary Details be taken on record.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
