In pith and substance, by means of present writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the validity of detention of the petitioner under sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the National Security Act, 1980 issued by respondent no.5 vide order dated 31.5.2021 and which was extended upto 11.11.2021.
At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel has contended that by efflux of time this petition has become infructuous.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
