The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 08.03.2021 registered as F.I.R. No.0052 of 2021 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., police station Mavai, District Ayodhya with a further prayer to stay the arrest of the petitioner.
Learned AGA states that investigation has been concluded in the present matter and Final Report has been submitted in the Court concerned on 09.05.2022.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of .
