Heard Sri Vineet Kumar Mishra, learned Counsel for the petitioners, Sri Arunendra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-respondents and perused the material brought on record.
Under challenge in this petition is an F.I.R. dated 06.10.2021, lodged at Case Crime No.0651 of 2021, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of I.P.C., Police Station-Bilgram, District-Hardoi.
At the very outset, Sri Arunendra, learned Additional Government Advocate has submitted that after conclusion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners in the Court concerned on 30.08.2022.
In view of the statement made by the learned Additional Government Advocate, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
