The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 11.11.2022 registered as Case Crime No.0133 of 2022 under Sections 171 and 384 IPC, Police Station Baloni, District Baghpat. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
Learned A.G.A. states that in the present matter, chargesheet has already been submitted to the competent against the accused persons. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
