Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 6.1.2022 being Case Crime No.0018 of 2022 under Section 420, 406, 467, 468, 506, 120-B IPC, P.S. Hapur Nagar, Distt. Hapur and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioners pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter final report has been submitted on 25.3.2022 and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
