The Panchyatnama and post mortem report of the deceased (appellant), Ram Shanker Chaurasia filed by learned counsel for appellant is taken on record which shall form part of this appeal.
Heard learned counsel for appellant and learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the appellant has informed this Court that the sole appellant, Ram Shanker Chaurasia had already expired on 14.8.2021.
In respect of verification of his death an information given by Ashish Chaurasia, son of the deceased to Inspector Incharge, P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar alongwith Panchayatnama and post mortem report of the deceased Ram Shanker Chaursia has been annexed. Death certificate issued by Government of U.P. , Department of Medical and Health, Nagar Nigam, Kanpur has also been annexed.
In view of the above fact that the sole appellant had already expired, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
