List has been revised. No one has appeared on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal, however learned AGA is present.
C.M.M, Kanpur Nagar, vide his letter dated 20.4.2022, has informed this Court that sole appellant- Ram Ujagar had already expired on 22.3.2022. In verification of his death, statement of Mishrilal and Shobha son and daughter of the appellant has been recorded. Death Certificate issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has also been annexed. Police report by S.I. Ram Saran Maurya, P.S. Babupurwa, DistrictKanpur Nagar has been annexed.
In view of the above since sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
