In verification of his death, the statements of Imran son of the deceased and Vilkish wife of the deceased has been recorded. Death certificate issued by State of U.P. has also been annexed. Police report by S.I. Harvir Singh, P.S. Badalpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar has also been annexed.
In view of above, since the sole appellant had already expired, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated.
