As per office report dated 31.08.2022 which is based on the report of C.J.M.-Gorakhpur, the sole appellant-Daya Ram has died. In this connection, learned C.J.M.-Gorakhpur has annexed alongwith his report, the statements of Dinesh Kumar s/o Dayaram, Lal Chand neighbour of Dayaram, Dharmendra Chauhan Gram Pradhan and serving officer S.I.-Vinay Kumar Singh.
In above circumstances, it is proved that the sole appellantDaya Ram has died and the appeal against him is dismissed as abated.
The bail bond is cancelled and sureties are discharged.
