An affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of opp. party no.2-Sri Pradeep Gupta, Superintendent of Police, District Maharajganj by Sri Mata Prasad, learned Standing Counsel today in Court, which is taken on record, in which it is stated that the entire arrears of pension has been paid to the applicant, though the learned counsel for the applicant tried to demonstrate from the objection filed against the compliance affidavit that correct amount has not been paid to the applicant.
This Court finds from the record that as per the pension payment order, the pension of the applicant as per the pension payment order is Rs.3660/- and accordingly, the same has been paid to the applicant. The applicant has also been paid the interest amount for the delay in payment of gratuity and an affidavit to this effect has been filed today, which is also taken on record.
In the opinion of the Court, the order of Writ Court dated 13.09.2018 passed in Writ-A No.16334 of 2018 has been complied with in letter and spirit.
Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.
The contempt application is dismissed and it is consigned to record.
