Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Indra Pal Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State and perused the order of writ Court as well as the affidavit of compliance.
In paragraph 6 of the affidavit of compliance it has been stated that the order under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed by the opposite party on 8.4.2022, copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure-2 to the affidavit of compliance. Further in paragraph 7 of the affidavit of compliance it has been averred that after waiting statutory period of 30 days when no appeal was filed under Section 67(5) of the Code, the encroachment from the spot was removed by the revenue officials on 21.5.2022, photograph of which has been brought on record as Anneuxre-3 to the affidavit of compliance.
In view of the said fact as the order of writ Court has been complied, present contempt application is rendered infructuous.
Contempt notice stands discharged.
